Submit Your Application in a Few Simple Steps
Clear View Property Management requirements for application
- The application fee is $42+GST and is is refundable if the application is denied.
- Scanned copy of government-issued ID for each applicant
- One or more most recent last residences including postal code
- Past landlord information and reference letter if possible
- One or more most recent pay stub(s)
- Social insurance number (optional but will speed your application significantly)
- Attachments may be uploaded on the last page of the application or can be emailed to tenants@cvpm.ca
Once your application is completed a member of our team will reach out to you within one to two business days via email to provide you with a status of your application and request any other information that is needed. All of our tenants are automatically enrolled in our Tenant Benefit Package at a price of $49.00 per month. The following items are included as part of the package:
- Online Resident Portal for making payments, reporting repairs, etc.
- HVAC filter delivery every six months. (if required)
- 24/7/365 maintenance & repair hotline.
- Free recurring e-payments.
- Lockout service to cover one tenant lockout every six months
Pet fees per pet are $75 per month pet rent.
