We list all of our available homes on our own website, and we also syndicate our listings to some of the biggest classified sites in the area. All of our listings include comprehensive photos and in-depth details about the vacancy, including pricing information and location specifications.
Interested parties can schedule a showing directly through the online listing. A member of our staff will walk the applicant through the home and answer any questions as necessary.
Our tenant screening process aims to identify red flags before they have the opportunity to escalate into bigger problems. Every application we receive undergoes extensive screening. As part of this process, we take the time to verify employment information and we take a look at the applicant's rental history. Past behaviour is a good indicator of what you can expect from a tenant, which is why we carefully review each applicant's previous rental experiences. Using this information, we can make an informed decision for your property.
Once we find the right tenant, our team will begin drawing up the lease agreement for the tenant to sign. We ensure all of our leases respect legislation governing tenant-landlord relationships. We will handle the lease signing and answer any final questions the tenant has, before handing the property back to you.
